Finally... After so many fruitless attempt to gather a sufficient group of players to play in a sunday soccer game.

After many SMS-es and many reminders over the week...All the heroes are finally gathered on the prestigous stage in Chua Chu Kang Scondary School for the Inaugral first match. Thank you for all the warriors turning up on this fateful day to mark the debut match of our team.

Match Review

The match Started with the players being a bit jitterish and uncomfortable afterall it is our first match playing together. Our defence tend to be shaky with the clearance of the ball but was rectified in less than 10 minutes when everyone started to gel together at defence. Ah fat ws winning all the high Balls and Daniel was a possessed energizer Bunny Chasing and the two of them Anchoring the heart of defence. Ka weng and Tian jun released the ball with cool to the flanks as much of our play in the beginning revolutionise around the flanks.

The first Goal attempt was an exchange of passess between Ka weng and Simon before Ka Weng chipped a nice ball into the penalty Area only to have Andrew Headed over the crossbar. A first glimpse of a barrage of danger coming.

Twelve was the makeshift winger between Left and Right as he capitalised on his speed to leave opponents in the dust as he bambooza pass them with each exchange of passes between each other. Rixian and Andrew pulled the strings in centre midfield unleashing their laser guided Passess and stabilising the play around the team. Winning Virtually almost every ball and releasing it to the flanks. Seng was giving the opponents a hard time as the defenders are left gapping which direction he was going and it open up lots of space for Xianxi to take on the ball. Xianxi threaded passes with Zhen Qing and the combination of an Out and Out Striker with a hard working Striker is formulating like magic.

Zhen Qing is his normal self charging at every opponent with the ball and creating a lot of havoc for the opposition defenders. The crossess coming in from Simon was short of a little accuracy and though it when into the radius but it could not be converted.

Ah Bee in between the post was compose with some slight moments of panic between the defence. But there was nothing he could do when the opponent had just 1 good chance and a through pass managed to go through the defence and they slotted it in with that 1 chance. Sad...

Second half was a clear picture that we are turning the tables as we rained the attacks on them. The second goal was pure artistry drawn out from the tactics book of Top Teams in Europe.

Goal #1

The ball sailed into our territory and cool daniel sliced the ball over to Simon. Simon took the ball released the on-rushing Seng and Seng took the ball side footed it to Andrew....Andrew took a turn glided the ball across the field onto Twelve's Foot...Twelve brought it forward and squared to Zhen Qing....Zhen qing took a little Dummy and The ball rolled into the path of Xian Xi in which he cooly slotted it into the net.

A pure masterclass move that deserve a standing Ovation from the fans if we can find any.

With the torturous sun glaring at our eyes....we begin to lose focus of the game as fatigue overtook our body. Much substitution is required with the injured Ah Fat. But ever trustworthy Jin is winning everything on the side. His hard working defensive attributes are the critical factor of unfolding a strings of attack.

Zhen Qing had a few glaring misses but are just negligible to all the contribution he has made for the team in winning balls on the top.

Rixian and Andrew each took turns to fire dangerous freekicks which is a clear explanation to how threatening our attacks can be that they had to ungentlemanly take us down to prevent us from scoring.

Andrew had a glorious chance from nothing through a world class Bicycle kick which forced the keeper to tip it over the crossbar. Wasted...

Moments of fear as opponent surge near our post but the sheer overpowering size of our Goalkeeper Ah Bee just kept out all the attacks as he took on all types of ruthless attack that flowed in on us.

And soon the players are just hoping that the match be over and it did with a honourable 1-1 Draw with a team that is veteran and have been playing together for years and years.

We on the other hand being first time playing together we have earned a flattering draw already.

Hope that future matches we can continue to play at such standard and level.
